IDOT Quality Management Training Program

General Information

All IDOT Quality Management Training Program Certification Courses will be held in-person. This is subject to change if government regulations mandate.

IDOT Quality Management Training Program Re-Certification review courses will be available online; however, the exam will be proctored in person. Course material for the review session will be made available to the student, via Canvas, four weeks prior to the exam date.

Students will be required to present photo identification on the first day of class and prior to taking the written and physical exams.

Courses that involve a lab will have a weight limit minimum restriction of 50 lbs. or a doctor's excuse must be given to the instructor prior to the course.

IDOT QMTP classes will be held at the locations listed below; Note: Not all classes are offered at all locations. Please reference the appropriate program schedule for location and dates. No cell phones allowed in class.

All IDOT retests must be scheduled through Lake Land College by calling (217) 234-5285.

Course material will not be mailed out in advance. If the student wishes to prepare prior to the class, the training manuals will be available for download in pdf format from this website (under the "Course Manuals" link) as they are updated.
