Course Description

Country Fusion is not just a workout program!  Participants attend a 50-minute class, where they can burn calories, improve core and joint strength, gain better coordination, balance, and memory.  This class can be modified for all ages and levels of ability!  We will focus on actual country line dances and utilize Low-Intensity Interval Training (LIIT) - a type of exercise that alternates between periods of low-impact exercise and longer rest periods.  All you need is comfortable work out clothing and shoes with good impact padding.  Don't forget to bring water!
