Course Description

Essentrics® is a dynamic, gentle, full-body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. This program, while perfect for any age, is targeted primarily for 55 + ages.  This program will increase mobility, flexibility and overall strength while relieving aches and pains. With a diverse music playlist accompanying each routine, this low-impact workout leaves you feeling energized, youthful and healthy.  

Barefeet or yoga socks are recommended for each routine.
