Course Description

What Permaculture is:

-A whole systems approach that draws on Indigenous wisdom to design garden spaces and built environments, work life, and even personal relationships that honor the three ethics of 1. Earth care, 2. People care, 3. Fair share/parity.

Advantages of a Permaculture course include:

-Learning how to make careful introspection of yourself, your time, and resources, and then turning the information gathered and observed to apply it to a design system that works with nature and with your relationships to produce a system that requires less input and more yield over time.

Earning a Permaculture Design Certificate could:

-Offer a potential income stream, as you can then turn around and teach Permaculture to other people in the form of leading retreats, or launching a design business.

Advantages of doing an in-person Permaculture Design Certificate as opposed to some online courses:

-A lot of online Permaculture Design Certificate courses are hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars.

-Doing a Permaculture Design Certificate in person helps you to understand and get to know the ecosystem we are in by observing native plants and animals firsthand as a group.

-An in-person Permaculture Design Certificate offers personal feedback from your instructor and the ability to ask questions and interact with the content in real-time.
