Course Description

Start the new year with a fresh perspective and renewed sense of balance.  Burnout to Balance is an engaging and interactive workshop designed to help participants pause, reflect, and reset their responses to stress, both personally and professionally.  Ideal for adults seeking practical tools to manage stress, prevent burnout, and gain deeper insight into themselves and others.  This workshop promotes a more balanced approach to work and life, fostering clarity, well-being, and long-term resilience.  

Participants will learn to recognize early signs of burnout through personality patterns and explore how MBTI®  preferences influence stress responses, communication, and coping styles.
