Course Description

The Portland Cement Concrete Level II is an advanced 2-day course covering proportion of PCC for Quality Management projects.

According to new IDOT regulations, this course certificate will require re-certification every five years.

Notes

Students must attend the course in its entirety in order to sit for the exams. To miss, any portion of the class, the student will be considered as a "No Show" and will forfeit all exams.

Need to Retest?

A student will have one chance to retest on any failed IDOT exam at no charge. This retest must be completed by August 31st. To schedule a retest, please contact Kathy Willenborg @ (217) 234-5285.

Prerequisites

None; however, in order to be PCC Level II certified, three classes must be successfully completed: Aggregates (either CET-020, Mixture Aggregate Technician or CET-021, Aggregate Technician), CET-030, PCC Level I and CET-024, PCC Level II. Until all three classes are successfully complete, your PCC Level II certificate will be held by Lake Land College. These classes do not need to be taken in any given order.
