CET-023 - Hot-Mix Asphalt Level II Technician Course

Course Description

Hot-Mix Asphalt Level II is a 5-day advanced course covering proportioning, troubleshooting and laydown of HMA. Upon successful completion of this course, technicians are qualified to manage contracts let under the quality management program.

According to new IDOT regulations, this course certificate will require re-certification every five years.

Notes

Students must attend the course in its entirety in order to sit for the exams. To miss, any portion of the class, the student will be considered as a "No Show" and will forfeit all exams.

Need to Retest?

A student will have one chance to retest on any failed IDOT exam at no charge. This retest must be completed by August 31st. To schedule a retest, please contact Kathy Willenborg @ (217) 234-5285.
